October Collage Challenge

If you haven't noticed, I love doing these collage challenges that Mary Green does at the beginning of every month. It's fun to see what I can come up with and even more fun to see what everyone else creates. The challenge is to use at least a part of each of the images Mary supplies.

I made her jewelry out of the borders of the one piece and used the spool of thread from the other. I made her a sewing needle and added some real thread too.

Check here to see the original images and the collages created by everyone else. If you have never participated, why don't you give it a try?

Thanks, Mary, for another fun challenge!

  1. I love how you used real thread. Another great work of art my dear!

  2. Clever use of those difficult pieces!

  3. πάρα πολύ όμορφο και πολύ έξυπνη η ιδέα της βελόνας και της κλωστής ...συγχαρητήρια!!!!

  4. great job, I love the way this turned out!

  5. Oh I LOVE her jewellery, very clever use of that border! Lovely page for this sewing gal.

  6. How nicew the necklace and the jewelry around her arm.

I love the old magazines you found, like the pages you made with the bookpages and the pumkin is also very great.
And the house you showed (3700), ohhhh, it looks so great.

  7. Oops, nice has to be without the W.
And pumpkin it has to be.

  8. Dear Susan your collage for Mary's challenge is so beautiful, and I love how you used real thread.
